We booked family room and really enjoyed it. The bedroom was spacious and the bed was comfy. The location of the hotel was marvellous and unbeatable - not too far from a Roman Catholic basilica.

comfortable stay with some warmth
The location at the end of the main pedestrian street made it easy to explore, being just a 10-15 minute walk from the cruise terminal. Although it took some time to figure out the air conditioning, once we did, our stay became quite comfortable.
The hotel lobby and room were warm at first.

Modern design, clean rooms, and excellent breakfast variety. The small room size can be cramped for some travelers. They offer table tennis in the common area, a fun perk.

Great location near popular attractions made exploring easy. The family room had ample storage and a spacious shower, and the breakfast spread was excellent with plenty of options including dairy-free choices. The decor felt outdated, and the atmosphere lacked energy due to the indifferent front desk staff.

Excellent central location with a good breakfast
I really enjoyed my stay, especially the vibrant breakfast buffet that offered a variety of options including freshly baked pastries and organic juices. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore major attractions, just a short walk away. The staff were friendly and helpful. The air conditioning in the room took a while to cool down, which could be improved.
